Main Falafel Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or chickpea flour

Instructions
- Prepare the Falafel Mixture: Drain and rinse soaked chickpeas. Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, baking soda, salt, pepper, and flour until coarse.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Air Fry the Falafel: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Shape mixture into balls or patties, spray with olive oil, and air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with tahini sauce, pita, or salad.
