- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Assemble the Garlic Bread: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. If using, sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

- To make it dairy-free, substitute vegan butter and skip the cheese.
