Baby Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
Seasoning Mixture:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil Potatoes: Place baby potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Smash Potatoes: Flatten each potato slightly with the bottom of a glass. Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Brush the potatoes with the mixture.
- Air Fry: Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown. Add Parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes if desired.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
