Chicken Nuggets:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
Batter:
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken pieces in a bowl or zip-top bag with the pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours. Drain and pat dry.
- Prepare Batter: Whisk together egg and milk. In a separate bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder.
- Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Fry: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry nuggets in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
