Chicken Nuggets:

Batter:

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken pieces in a bowl or zip-top bag with the pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours. Drain and pat dry.
