- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
- Toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
- Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate before serving.
