Broccoli Mixture:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Shape into balls: Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and coat with extra breadcrumbs.
