Broccoli Mixture:
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional:
- Cooking spray or olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape into balls: Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and coat with extra breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Place on baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve warm with dipping sauce.

- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or try different cheeses.
