Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil and season evenly on all sides with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is crispy.
