- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (more if needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional:
- 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a thick dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash more almond milk.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips if using.
- Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
