- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Crescent Roll Crust:
- 1 can (8.5 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season Beef: Stir in taco seasoning, green chiles, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Cheese Layer: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, 1/2 cup cheddar, and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
- Assemble Casserole: Press crescent dough into a baking dish. Layer beef mixture, cheese mixture, and remaining shredded cheeses.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
