Raw King Prawns:
- 500g (1 lb) raw king prawns, peeled and deveined with tails on
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Serving:
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add prawns and marinate for 15–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill Prawns: Thread prawns onto skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and lightly charred.
- Serve: Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes to the marinade.
