Crescent Roll Layers:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the dish.
- Make Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough.
- Add Top Layer: Unroll second can of dough over cream cheese layer.
- Add Toppings: Pour melted butter over the top. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over butter.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool and Serve: Cool for 15–20 minutes, then slice into squares.
