Crescent Roll Layers:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the dish.
  2. Make Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough.
  3. Add Top Layer: Unroll second can of dough over cream cheese layer.
  4. Add Toppings: Pour melted butter over the top. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over butter.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
