Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (mix 1 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Bottom Layer: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish, sealing any seams.
  3. Make Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  4. Add Top Layer: Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and lay it on top of the cream cheese layer, pressing gently and sealing the edges.
  5. Finish and Bake: Pour melted butter over the top layer, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set.
