Bread:
- 1 round loaf of sourdough or crusty artisan bread
Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cheese:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut bread: Cut a crosshatch pattern on top of the bread without cutting all the way through.
- Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Fill bread: Drizzle the garlic butter into the cuts, then stuff with cheeses.
- Bake: Wrap in foil, bake for 15 minutes, unwrap foil, bake for 10 more minutes.
