For the Pretzel Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 4 cups water
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Chicken Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and cheddar.
- Prepare the Dough: Unroll the pizza dough, cut it into squares, place chicken mixture in the center, fold, and seal into balls.
- Boil the Pretzel Bites: Boil water with baking soda, then simmer and briefly cook the dough balls.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash, sprinkle salt, and bake until golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve: Cool slightly, garnish with herbs, and serve warm with extra sauce.
