Cool off with these refreshing Cherry Lime Ice Pops! Made with fresh cherries, tangy lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, these homemade ice pops are perfect for a hot summer day.

Cherry Lime Ice Pops:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- â…“ cup honey or agave syrup
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cherries, lime juice, honey, water, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.
Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Notes
- For a fun twist, add whole cherry halves into the molds before pouring in the blended mixture.
- These can also be made with sparkling water for a fizzy texture—just blend without water and mix with sparkling water before freezing.
