Description

Cool off with these refreshing Cherry Lime Ice Pops! Made with fresh cherries, tangy lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, these homemade ice pops are perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

Scale

Cherry Lime Ice Pops:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • â…“ cup honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cherries, lime juice, honey, water, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set.
  5. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, add whole cherry halves into the molds before pouring in the blended mixture.
  • These can also be made with sparkling water for a fizzy texture—just blend without water and mix with sparkling water before freezing.
