  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Mixture: Spread the mixture in the baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
  4. Add Topping: Optionally, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
