- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: Sear chicken thighs in an oven-safe skillet until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: Cook garlic, add broth, cream, Parmesan, seasonings, and simmer. Stir in spinach.
- Bake: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
