Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, toss sliced chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
