Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Cake Base: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Combine the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a bowl. Press the mixture into the baking dish.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over the chocolate cake base.
- Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve with optional toppings.
