Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.
- Chill the Dough: Divide dough, flatten into rectangles, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
