These Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders are perfect for any occasion, from game days to casual dinners. Tender steak slices coated in flavorful cowboy butter, topped with melted cheese, and served on soft slider buns – a crowd-pleasing treat!

Steak Sliders:
- 1½ lbs ribeye or sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices provolone or cheddar cheese (halved)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Cowboy Butter:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, mix all cowboy butter ingredients until well combined; set aside.
- Steak Preparation: Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Sear in batches in a skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Toss hot steak in cowboy butter.
- Assemble Sliders: Preheat oven. Slice buns, place bottoms in a dish, spread mayo (optional), layer steak and cheese, top with buns. Bake covered, then uncover to toast tops.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
