- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté mushrooms: Add mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until they release moisture and begin to brown.
- Add aromatics: Add onion, garlic, and jalapeño; cook for another 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Season: Stir in smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add sauces: Pour in Worcestershire and soy sauce; stir well to coat the mushrooms.
- Finish: Cook for 2–3 more minutes until most liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
