Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook chicken until browned, and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Add Broth and Cream: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in beans and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
