Dragon Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon water (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup (or honey), tahini, ginger, garlic, and sriracha if using.
- Adjust Consistency: Add water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and Store: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake or stir before each use.
