  • 1 (16-ounce) package white almond bark or white candy coating
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates (like Easter M&Ms)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts or cashews (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pastel sprinkles
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pastel nonpareils or mini marshmallows for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break the almond bark into chunks and place it in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the white chocolate chips and salt on top.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for about 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped nuts (if using) and half of the candy-coated chocolates and sprinkles.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheets using a cookie scoop or spoon.
  5. Immediately top with remaining M&Ms, sprinkles, and any additional garnish.
