- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Blend Batter: Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry, whisking until smooth. Rest batter for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook Crepes: Heat a nonstick pan, pour batter, cook until set, then flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill and Serve: Fill crepes with desired toppings, fold or roll, and enjoy!
Notes
- For richer flavor, use Dutch-processed cocoa powder.
- Batter can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
- If batter thickens, whisk in a splash of milk before cooking.
