Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Blend Batter: Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry, whisking until smooth. Rest batter for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Cook Crepes: Heat a nonstick pan, pour batter, cook until set, then flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Fill and Serve: Fill crepes with desired toppings, fold or roll, and enjoy!
