Instructions

  2. Melt butter and chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until pale and slightly thickened, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Combine mixtures: Slowly whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined. Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated.
  5. Divide and bake: Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 11–13 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
