Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stir until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Gently fold in walnuts and cranberries.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan, bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- If using dried cranberries, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften before adding.
