Description

Creamy and delicious, this Easy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti is a comforting dish that the whole family will love. With tender chicken, flavorful seasonings, and gooey cheese, it’s a perfect weeknight meal.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additions:

  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, broken in half
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken: Put chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add ingredients: Pour in cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is cooked. Shred chicken, return to pot.
  4. Add noodles and cheese: Stir in spaghetti and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Cook on high for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Finish: Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover and let melt. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add 4 ounces of cubed cream cheese with the soups.
  • Substitute rotisserie chicken for quicker cooking.
