Instructions

- Add Cabbage: Stir in the chopped cabbage, coating it in the bacon grease. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly browned.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in the cooked bacon and apple cider vinegar if desired. Serve hot.
