These Easy Nachos are a crowd-pleasing favorite, perfect for parties or as a quick appetizer. Loaded with cheese, beans, corn, and fresh toppings, these baked nachos are sure to be a hit!

Tortilla Chips:
- 8 oz tortilla chips
Cheese:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Beans and Veggies:
- 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
For Serving:
- sour cream
- salsa
- guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer Ingredients: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with cheese, beans, corn, olives, onion, and jalapeño. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Add Toppings: Remove from oven, add tomatoes, and cilantro. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
Notes
- For loaded nachos, add cooked ground beef, shredded chicken, or crumbled tofu before baking.
- Swap cheddar for Mexican cheese blend or pepper jack for extra heat.
- To make it vegan, use plant-based cheese and dairy-free toppings.
