Description

These Easy Nachos are a crowd-pleasing favorite, perfect for parties or as a quick appetizer. Loaded with cheese, beans, corn, and fresh toppings, these baked nachos are sure to be a hit!

Tortilla Chips:

  • 8 oz tortilla chips

Cheese:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Beans and Veggies:

  • 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

For Serving:

  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer Ingredients: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with cheese, beans, corn, olives, onion, and jalapeño. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Add Toppings: Remove from oven, add tomatoes, and cilantro. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.

Notes

  • For loaded nachos, add cooked ground beef, shredded chicken, or crumbled tofu before baking.
