Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Combine ingredients: Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Prepare the crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then roll up toward the tip.
- Bake: Arrange the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheets, point side down. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
