For the Pasta:
- 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup reserved pasta cooking water
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden. Remove from skillet.
- Make the Pasta Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss in cooked pasta and reserved water.
- Assemble: Serve pasta topped with chicken bites. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
