Ribeye Steaks:
- 2 ribeye steaks (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Sauce:

- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
