For the Asiago Gravy:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for gravy)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup finely grated Asiago cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
- Sear the Chicken: In a skillet, sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
