  • 3/4 cup finely grated Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
  2. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet, sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the Gravy: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Whisk in flour to make a roux. Slowly add broth, cream, cheese, and thyme. Simmer until thickened.
