			Chicken and Marinade
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Garnish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Other
- Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes before use)

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
 - Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss thoroughly to coat each piece evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to enhance the flavor.
 - Preheat the Grill: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat to ensure perfect cooking temperature.
 - Assemble the Kebabs: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, spacing them slightly to allow even cooking and good airflow.
 - Grill the Kebabs: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve even cooking and nice grill marks. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
 - Serve: Remove the kebabs from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a bright, fresh finish. Serve immediately, paired with your favorite sides.

Notes
- Serve these kebabs with a side of rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
 - Wooden skewers should be soaked in water before grilling to prevent burning.
 - If you don’t have access to an outdoor grill, these kebabs can also be cooked using a grill pan or under the oven broiler.
 - Marinating longer (up to 4 hours) will intensify the flavors and make the chicken more tender.
