Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional:

  • wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the Skewers: Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
