Ingredients
Grapes
- 1 lb seedless grapes (red or green, washed and dried)

Cheese Mixture
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
 - 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

Coating
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

For Serving
- Toothpicks

Instructions
- Prepare the cheese mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese, black pepper, and half of the chopped nuts and chives. Mix thoroughly until well combined and creamy.
 - Coat the grapes: Take a small spoonful of the cheese mixture and gently press it around each grape, ensuring they are fully coated. You can shape the mixture into a ball around the grape for a uniform look.
 - Roll in nuts and chives: Roll each coated grape in the remaining chopped nuts and chives to form a crunchy and flavorful crust on the outside.
 - Arrange and chill: Place the finished grape bites on a serving platter and insert a toothpick into each for easy serving. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and the coating to firm up.

Notes
- Substitute mascarpone or herbed cream cheese for a milder cheese flavor.
 - Try different combinations of nuts and cheeses to suit your taste preferences.
 - These grape appetizers can be prepared several hours ahead and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
