- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
