Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Fettuccine: Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Grill the Salmon and Shrimp: Season the seafood and grill until cooked through.
