Skewers:

- 1 red onion (cut into chunks)

Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add shrimp and marinate in the fridge for 15–30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Assemble Skewers: Thread shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Grill: Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are cooked and veggies are charred.
