- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and protein powder until a dough forms. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each into a log, and shape into a bagel. Place on the baking sheet.

- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
