Instructions

  1. Prepare Chickpea Mixture: In a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice. Process until creamy. Add garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until combined.
  2. Add Chickpeas: Blend chickpeas until a thick paste forms, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust Consistency: Slowly add cold water with the processor running until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Season and Serve: Adjust seasoning, transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with paprika and parsley. Serve with desired accompaniments.
