  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup enchilada sauce or taco sauce
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the taco meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Prepare the beans: Heat refried beans until spreadable.
  4. Assemble the pizzas: Place tortillas on the baking sheet. Spread refried beans, taco meat, and top with another tortilla. Add sauce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
