- 1 packet taco seasoning

For the Pizza Assembly:
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup enchilada sauce or taco sauce
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Cook the taco meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Prepare the beans: Heat refried beans until spreadable.
- Assemble the pizzas: Place tortillas on the baking sheet. Spread refried beans, taco meat, and top with another tortilla. Add sauce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

- For crispier tortillas, lightly pan-fry them before assembling.
- You can customize with jalapeños, sour cream, or guacamole.
- For a vegetarian option, skip meat and add more beans or veggies.
