- 1 cup frozen peaches
Liquid and Sweeteners:
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
- 1–2 tbsp cream of coconut (optional, for added sweetness)
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 oz white rum (optional, for cocktail version)
- peach slice and shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen peaches, pineapple juice, coconut milk, cream of coconut (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Optional Rum: For a cocktail version, add white rum before blending.
- Sweetness Adjustment: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve: Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a peach slice and sprinkle of shredded coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use light coconut milk and omit the cream of coconut.
- You can also use fresh peaches—just add more ice to achieve a frosty texture.
