  • 1 cup frozen peaches

Liquid and Sweeteners:

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1–2 tbsp cream of coconut (optional, for added sweetness)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 oz white rum (optional, for cocktail version)
  • peach slice and shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen peaches, pineapple juice, coconut milk, cream of coconut (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Optional Rum: For a cocktail version, add white rum before blending.
  3. Sweetness Adjustment: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Serve: Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a peach slice and sprinkle of shredded coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use light coconut milk and omit the cream of coconut.
  • You can also use fresh peaches—just add more ice to achieve a frosty texture.
