Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
