- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling: Whisk egg yolks, then add condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and salt. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Serve: Cut into bars and top with whipped cream and lime zest.
Notes
- Regular lime juice can be used as a substitute for key limes.
- For a firmer crust, add an extra tablespoon of butter.
