  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Filling: Whisk egg yolks, then add condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and salt. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
