Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- Make the Filling: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the filling is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
