Description

These Lentil Tacos are a delicious and nutritious vegetarian alternative to traditional meat tacos. Flavorful lentils seasoned with spices and cooked to perfection, served in taco shells with your favorite toppings.

For Serving:

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion until softened.
  2. Add garlic: Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Cook lentils: Add lentils, broth, and spices. Simmer until tender.
  4. Mash lentils: Slightly mash for desired texture.
  5. Serve: Fill taco shells with lentil mixture and desired toppings.
