Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cream. Stir until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir in cheeses until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Fold in pasta and lobster. Transfer to baking dish.
  5. Add Topping: Toss panko with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the dish.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
